2. Your Circle will address the people in your life and how these relationships may be a reflection of  the person in your mirror. We will take a hard and honest look at any toxicity in your life and where establishing healthy boundaries will prove beneficial.
3. Sabbath Rest discusses the Spiritual Aspect of unplugging. Could it possibly be the "secret sauce" to rejuvenation, restoration of your creativity and more? We're going to chat about it.
