Cassandra is a certified Professional of Human Resources (Society for Human Resource Management and HR Certification Institute) and a professional development strategist. She is the Lead Pastor of Oasis Church International, Founder and Executive Director of Oasis Community Development Center, Owner of Cassy's Touch Publishing, and Founder and Operator of Breathe Again® Academy. She also founded and leads Deborah's Alliance, a collective of leading ladies.

When she is not pouring into others, Cassandra enjoys a warm cup of tea, a breezy walk, or a getaway near a body of water while being surrounded by books, music, loved ones--and even solitude at times. Her greatest desire is to be a friend of God. One of her focal passages from Scripture is Psalm 27:4, "One​ thing I have desired of the LORD, that will I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple."

She is the mother of two adult children and the grandmother of one princess granddaughter.
